• Dosage: Place 3 pellets under your tongue and let them melt. Do not touch the pellets with your hands; drop them directly from the container under your tongue.

• Frequency: May be taken every 3 hours for the first day, followed by once per week for another month

• Instructions: Avoid taking the remedy immediately before or after eating.

If Symptoms Arise:

• For Mild Symptoms: Continue using Ledum as directed for up to 7 days.
