Whole-Body Recovery for Mouth Work, Big Feelings, and Healing at Every Stage

Oral recovery is more than wound care.
Itโ€™s nerve healing, tissue rebuilding, emotional recalibration, and breath retrainingโ€”

all happening in a body thatโ€™s still growing.
This kit was built to support that processโ€”layer by layerโ€”with remedies, salves, and guidance that honor the physical, structural, emotional, and energetic shifts that come with oral healing.

40+ pages of support

Our Why:

This kit was born out of the gaps we kept seeingโ€”and feeling.

As homeopaths, myofunctional therapists, and holistic practitioners (who are also parents), we watched families leave procedures like frenectomies, palate expansion, or dental trauma recovery with minimal guidance beyond a dosing syringe and an aftercare handout.

But oral recovery isnโ€™t just about the site. Itโ€™s about the system.
Nerves, tissues, emotions, breath patterns, lymph flowโ€”itโ€™s all connected.

The Oral Recovery Kit was designed to support this full picture. Whether you're preparing for a tie release, navigating the early days of expansion, helping your child rebound from an oral injury, or simply wanting to reduce stress around dental workโ€”this kit is here to meet the moment.

Whatโ€™s Included

  • Botanical nervous system support for the oral healing process
This alcohol-free formula includes calming and anti-inflammatory herbs traditionally used to support both emotional regulation and mucosal recovery.

    Key Ingredients:

    • Chamomile โ€“ relaxes the nervous system and reduces irritability

    • Lemon Balm โ€“ supports the parasympathetic response and digestive calm

    • Calendula โ€“ promotes mucosal tissue repair

    • Marshmallow Root โ€“ coats and soothes irritated oral tissues

    When to Use:
Before procedures, during healing, or anytime emotional reactivity or oral tension is heightened. Especially beneficial for sensitive children and dysregulated nervous systems.

  • Structured support for oral transitions and emotional adaptability
This blend addresses both the physical and energetic stress that accompanies oral shifts such as palate expansion, frenectomies, or new appliances.

    Whatโ€™s Inside:

    • Ferrum Phos 6X โ€“ supports early-stage inflammation and cellular repair

    • Kali Phos 6X โ€“ aids in nerve replenishment and post-stress recovery

    • Nat Sulph 6X โ€“ supports detoxification post-anesthesia or procedure

    • Aspen, Rock Rose, Mimulus, Walnut (Bach Flowers) โ€“ promote calm, reduce fear, and help children adapt to change

    When to Use:
During periods of transition (before or after oral procedures), with behavior shifts, sleep disruptions, or emotional resistance to oral therapies.

  • Core post-procedure support for nerve, bone, and ligament healing
This formula includes homeopathics commonly used to promote structural recovery and reduce sensitivity following oral trauma or dental work.

    Whatโ€™s Inside:

    • Hypericum 6C โ€“ supports nerve-rich areas post-tie release or dental injections

    • Symphytum 6C โ€“ promotes bone and socket repair, especially post-extractions or with expanders

    • Phosphorus 6C โ€“ assists with bleeding, oversensitivity, and post-anesthesia recovery

    When to Use:
Directly following oral procedures, as well as during flare-ups of dental pain, trauma to the mouth, or any recovery involving connective tissue or bone.

  • First-line remedy for trauma, bruising, and post-op inflammation
This high-potency dose of Arnica is selected for its ability to support both physical trauma and systemic reactivity following intense procedures.

    When to Use:
Immediately after a frenectomy, dental surgery, injury to the mouth, or high-stress events. Itโ€™s often the first remedy dosed to reduce swelling, calm shock, and promote faster recovery.

  • Herbal topical support for tissue recovery and nerve comfort
This versatile salve is crafted with whole-plant infusions and a coconut oil & castor-oil base to support both external and intraoral healing. Safe for use inside the mouth or along the jawline and neck.

    When to Use:
On tie sites (as directed), along the jaw or lymph nodes, or anywhere there is oral discomfort, tissue irritation, or recovery from procedure. Also useful for dry skin, rashes, lip inflammation, or small skin injuries.

Use It Before, During, and After Treatment

Because every childโ€™s path is differentโ€”but the need for full-body support is the same.

The Oral Recovery Kit was created to adapt to each stage of your familyโ€™s journey. Your kit also includes access to our step-by-step digital guideโ€”with detailed timelines, practitioner-curated routines, video demos, nasal breathing support, and provider directories.

Hereโ€™s how families use it across different scenarios.

Tongue + Lip Tie Release

Support fascial release, wound healing, emotional regulation, and nerve sensitivity.

Pre-Care (Start 3โ€“4 days before):

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1 pellet 1โ€“2x/day to gently prep connective tissue and ease emotional holding patterns.

  • Calm Drops: 1 dropperful 2x/day to reduce baseline oral tension and nervous system hyperarousal.

  • Soothing Salve: Apply externally to jaw, under chin, and cheeks 1x/day to begin softening fascia and desensitizing the area.

Post-Care (Day of and Days 1โ€“3):

  • Arnica 1M + Oral Recovery Blend: Rotate every 2โ€“3 hours for first 24 hours. This combo targets acute inflammation, pain, and oral wound repair.

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1x/day to support adaptation and integration.

  • Calm Drops: As needed for overwhelm or overstimulation.

  • Soothing Salve: Continue externally only; wait for provider approval before intraoral use.

Ongoing (Day 4+):

  • Oral Recovery Blend: 1x/day as needed if wound is slow to close or signs of stagnation are present.

  • Soothing Salve: With provider approval, may apply gently inside cheeks and under lip to support tissue mobility.

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: As needed for post-op emotional dips or energetic holding.

DENTAL TRAUMA + EXTRACTIONS (falls, mouth injuries, ulcers)

Respond quickly with physical and emotional support for tissue trauma, nerve pain, and nervous system stress.

Immediate Response:

(First 12โ€“24 hrs):

  • Arnica 1M: Give 2โ€“3 pellets as soon as possible after the procedure or injury. Repeat every 2โ€“3 hours for the first 6โ€“12 hours.

  • Oral Recovery Blend: Begin 2โ€“3 hours after the first Arnica dose. Give 3โ€“5 drops every few hours for the first 1โ€“2 days. Supports wound healing, inflammation, and oral nerve sensitivity.

  • Calm Drops: 1โ€“2 full droppers as needed for overwhelm, freeze response, or post-op regulation. Great for kids who seem withdrawn, weepy, or agitated.

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1 dose 1โ€“2x/day to ease jaw tension, fear-based holding patterns, and emotional rigidity (especially post-extraction when the nervous system may โ€œbraceโ€ in response).

  • Soothing Salve:

    • External Use Only (never on open wounds)

    • Gently apply along the jaw, under the chin, and neck lymph nodes to support circulation and calm tension.

    • Can help kids tolerate hands near the mouth post-trauma.

DAYS 2โ€“4 (Early Recovery):

  • Continue Oral Recovery Blend: 3โ€“5 drops 2x/day

  • Calm Drops: 1 dropperful 1โ€“2x/day, or as needed

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1โ€“2 pellets daily, best between meals

  • Soothing Salve: Continue gentle application to cheeks, jawline, and neck once daily

For Extractions:

  • Start Arnica + Oral Recovery Blend as above

  • Add gentle lymphatic massage under the chin 1โ€“2x/day (use salve externally)

  • Offer cooling rinses with calendula or cistus tea instead of salt water to soothe without sting

  • Homemade popsicles or cold compress for the ride home

  • Avoid salve inside the mouth until fully closed and your provider gives the go-ahead

Orthodontic Expansion, Braces + Aligners

Support bone remodeling, ligament tension, and nervous system balance throughout structural shifts.

Pre-Care (Day before expansion placement or turn):

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1x/day to prep ligaments and minimize reactivity

  • Calm Drops: Morning of to calm the system and reduce anticipatory anxiety

Post-Care (After appliance placement or adjustment):

  • Arnica 1M + Oral Recovery Blend: Alternate every 3โ€“4 hours for the first 1โ€“2 days

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1โ€“2x/day for ongoing oral fatigue, head tension, or overwhelm

  • Soothing Salve: Apply to jawline and cheeks for external muscle release

Ongoing:

  • Use Oral Recovery Blend 1x/day during active expansion phases

  • Calm Drops for behavioral resistance, chewing discomfort, or bedtime tension

Revisions + Healing Delays

When things arenโ€™t healing as expectedโ€”support structure, energy, and immune recovery.

Some children need extra support beyond standard protocols. This may include deeper nervous system regulation, constitutional care, or addressing underlying terrain imbalances. This kit offers a gentle foundation, but personalized guidance can make all the difference.

For Ongoing or Delayed Recovery:

  • Oral Recovery Blend: Daily to support slow or stagnant tissue healing

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: For children with low adaptability, emotional regression, or ongoing fatigue

  • Soothing Salve: Intraoral use (as guided) to support scar mobility and nerve comfort

  • Calm Drops: To reset a dysregulated nervous system and rebuild resilience

  • Arnica 1M: Use for flare-ups after revision procedures or follow-up work

Pre/Post Dental Visits

Help sensitive kids regulate before and after cleanings or checkups.

Pre-Care (Morning of or Day Before):

  • Calm Drops: 1 dropperful in the morning or before the visit to reduce nervous system reactivity.

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: 1x/day leading up to the appointment to support adaptability and emotional ease.

Post-Care (Same Day or Next Day):

  • Oral Recovery Blend: 1 pellet dose if child seems extra tired, irritable, or "off" later in the day.

  • Calm Drops: As needed to help decompress.

  • Soothing Salve: Apply to cheeks and jawline that evening to reset oral-fascial pathways.

For Ongoing Support:

  • Tissue + Tension Pellets: Especially helpful for children who tend to mask during appointments and then melt down later.

USING OTC SUPPORT ALONGSIDE THE KIT

Itโ€™s not all or nothing.

While the Oral Recovery Kit is designed to be your first line of supportโ€”with remedies to calm the nervous system, ease tissue stress, and support repairโ€”there are moments when short-term OTC medication may be appropriate. We donโ€™t recommend letting your child suffer unnecessarily.

If you need more support:

  • Try ยฝ dose of dye-free Motrin before a full dose and gage your childs pain.

Many families find this helps ease the first 6โ€“8 hours. Reassess after the initial doseโ€”often itโ€™s not needed again.

  • We prefer Motrin over Tylenol because it reduces inflammation without depleting glutathione.

If OTC is used:

  • Pair with Calm Dropsโ€”which include marshmallow root and other herbs that soothe the gut lining and nervous system.

  • Continue the Oral Recovery Kitโ€”especially Arnica 1M and the Oral Recovery Blendโ€”every 2โ€“3 hours as they work on tissue repair and pain

    Other non-medication comfort tools:

  • Cold rice pack for the drive home

  • Smoothie popsicles or frozen milk

  • Cooling herbal mouth rinse (cistus + calendula) in place of warm saline

  • Bodywork or gentle fascia massage with Soothing Salve

  • Cozy environment with low stimulation and lots of snuggles

Want extra support after X-rays or dental imaging?

Weโ€™ve included an optional remedyโ€”X-Ray 200Cโ€”to support the bodyโ€™s natural response to radiation exposure and EMF burden.

Just select โ€œAdd X-Ray Remedyโ€ from the dropdown if youโ€™d like to include it with your kit.
If not needed, simply choose โ€œKit Only.โ€

Families Are Sayingโ€ฆ

FAQs

Can I use this if my child isnโ€™t having a procedure but just has mouth tension?

Absolutely. This kit was thoughtfully designed to support not just procedural recovery, but the day-to-day tension that can show up from things like mouth breathing, clenching, poor oral posture, or tight fascia. The salve, tissue remedies, and calm drops are gentle enough for regular use and can be especially helpful when children are holding tension in the jaw or oral tissuesโ€”even outside of formal treatment.

How long does the kit last?

That depends on how frequently you use it. Most families find that the kit lasts several weeks to months, depending on the phase of care and whether it's used daily or during key moments like procedures, turns, or tension flare-ups.

Is this safe with other supplements or medications?

Yes. The components in this kitโ€”homeopathics, herbal extracts, and topical supportsโ€”are gentle, non-toxic, and generally safe to use alongside supplements and most medications. As always, itโ€™s best to check with your healthcare provider if your child is taking prescription medications, but everything in the kit is designed to support the body, not interfere with it.

Can I reorder the remedies individually?

At this time, the Oral Recovery Kit is only available as a complete set. Thatโ€™s because each piece was designed to work synergisticallyโ€”offering full-body, layered support thatโ€™s hard to replicate with just one item. That said, we know some families will want to reorder favorites, and weโ€™re working on making individual components available in the future. Stay tuned!
