A homeopathic antibiotic clear is a preparation used within homeopathy when a practitioner considers past antibiotic exposure relevant to someone’s current symptom pattern.
The starting point is often a familiar question: “I haven’t felt quite the same since”
After RX combines homeopathic preparations of commonly used antibiotics at 200C. Each preparation undergoes repeated dilution and vigorous shaking, called potentization. Within homeopathic practice, the intention is to address a lingering pattern associated with an exposure.
“Clearing” describes this homeopathic approach. It does not mean that old antibiotics are sitting in the body waiting to be flushed out, or that this remedy physically removes medication. Within homeopathic practice, taking a clear is thought to offer a gentle stimulus toward balance when a person’s symptoms appear connected in time to a past exposure.

No—After RX is a homeopathic preparation, not a prescription antibiotic or another antibiotic course.
The antibiotic names identify the substances from which the homeopathic preparations were made. They do not mean the vial contains a combination of prescription strength antibiotics.
The C refers to a 1-to-100 dilution step, and 200C indicates that this process has been repeated 200 times, with shaking between steps. When correctly prepared at this dilution, molecules of the original antibiotic are do not remain.
After RX is therefore not intended to kill bacteria or treat an infection. It cannot take the place of an antibiotic when one is prescribed.

Start with your history and what you’re noticing now. After RX was created with repeated antibiotic use in mind—not as something everyone needs after a single prescription.
It may be worth discussing with your homeopath if:
“I took antibiotics all the time growing up.” You want to explore whether that history is relevant to your current concerns.
“My child has needed round after round.” You’re looking for an individualized approach alongside their medical care.
“I haven’t felt quite the same since.” Digestion or other symptoms changed around treatment and have continued.
If you or your child took one course and feels well afterward, there’s no need to automatically add After RX. For a repeated-use history with lingering concerns, your homeopath can help determine whether its traditional remedy picture fits, while your medical provider evaluates ongoing symptoms.
