Why Calm Drops Work

This isn’t just a “calm down” tincture — it’s a multi-layered blend for both body and emotions:

  • Calendula → Eases inflammation, supports tissue repair (perfect during illness or after procedures).

  • Chamomile → Calming and anti-inflammatory, especially helpful for children (and adults) who feel things deeply.

  • Lemon Balm → Relieves tension, anti-viral, uplifts mood, and gently supports the nervous system.

  • Marshmallow Root → Coats + soothes irritated tissues — think sore throats, tender gums, digestive upset.

Ways Families Use Calm Drops

  • Bedtime battles → helps settle restless kids into sleep routines.

  • Back-to-school nerves → a natural support for anxious tummies and big feelings.

  • Teething support (6 months+) → gentle enough for babies, helps soothe both gums and fussiness.

  • Pre/post procedures → calms nerves, supports tissue recovery.

  • Illness recovery → eases irritability while soothing throat or chest irritation.

  • Parents’ sanity saver → keep your own bottle for those long parenting days.

💡 Parent Tip! Many families keep two bottles, one at home and one in the diaper bag — because it becomes the first thing everyone reaches for

How to Use

Because every child is unique, start low and adjust as needed based on age and response. Calm Drops are gentle, but a little goes a long way.

  • Infants 6–12 months: 2–5 drops in a little water, breastmilk, or rubbed directly on gums as needed for teething, fussiness, or bedtime. May repeat up to 3–4x/day.

  • Toddlers (1–3 years): 5–10 drops as needed, up to 3x/day.

  • Children (4–12 years): ¼–½ dropper (10–20 drops)

  • Adults: 1–2 droppers as needed — before bed, during stressful transitions, or when nerves feel high.
